Answers before you take the next step.
You do not need to know exactly what you need before you reach out. These are the questions parents ask most about how A to Z Sleep Solutions works, what support looks like, and what happens after your free 15-minute consultation.
Getting started
Many families reach out after trying books, apps, schedules, online advice, or another sleep program. That does not mean you or your child failed. Hannah reviews what you have already tried and builds the next step around your child, your routines, your family's goals, and the support you need—not another generic starting point.
No. Every Sleep Solution is customized to the child, family, temperament, history, sleep environment, and goals.
It is a 15-minute phone conversation with Hannah. You tell her what has been happening, she listens and answers your initial questions, and she explains which kinds of support may fit your family. There is no pressure and no obligation to book.
You do not need to choose a package before reaching out. During your free 15-minute consultation, Hannah will listen to what has been happening, explain the available options, and recommend the level of support that may fit your family best. There is no pressure or obligation to book.
In-Home Sleep Solutions
Yes. Our signature In-Home Sleep Solutions bring Hannah into your home with a customized plan for your family, and she walks you through it step by step in the real moments where you have been getting stuck.
Either one. Choose any three-hour window that begins and ends between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. — so the latest visit runs 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Use it for naptime support, putting a nap plan into practice in real time, walking through the evening routine, or helping your little one settle to sleep for the night. Choose the part of the day that feels hardest, and Hannah will be beside you in your home while you put the personalized plan into practice. It is not an overnight-waking package.
You choose the window that matches the problem you need help solving. 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. covers daytime naps plus the evening routine and nighttime settling. 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. covers bedtime settling plus any overnight wake-ups during that window. Both include the tailored assessment, customized plan, personalized consultation, and 60 days of follow-up.

Yes. Hannah is the mother of identical twin boys and has worked with many twin and triplet families over the past decade. Multiples can share a home and a routine while still having different temperaments, developmental needs, feeding needs, and sleep patterns. Hannah assesses each child individually, then builds one practical family plan — including when to sync, when to respond individually, and how to keep one child's waking from unraveling everyone's rest.
Yes. Hannah has advanced sensitive-sleep training and extensive hands-on experience with children who need a thoughtful, careful approach.

Yes. Hannah brings her background as a New Zealand-trained pediatric nurse together with more than a decade of sleep-consulting experience. She has supported families across many developmental stages, diagnoses, feeding needs, sensitivities, ages, and temperaments. Each plan is carefully personalized around the whole child and is designed to work alongside guidance from the child's medical team when needed. Sleep consulting does not replace medical care, but you will not be expected to fit your child into a one-size-fits-all plan.
Scheduling, payment, and next steps
No. Submitting a request lets Hannah know what you are interested in. She reviews every request personally and follows up with you about availability before anything is confirmed.
After Hannah reviews your request, she emails you a PayPal invoice. Prices listed on the site are the service fee only — applicable taxes and processing fees are added to your final invoice. There is nothing to pay at the time you submit the request form.
Hannah confirms dates with you directly by email or phone after reviewing your request, so the schedule works for both your family and hers.
Your detailed sleep questionnaire comes before your session so Hannah can prepare your tailored assessment and customized plan in advance.
You complete the questionnaire, Hannah prepares your tailored sleep assessment and customized plan, you go through it together in your personalized consultation, and then you have your included follow-up window by email, phone, text, or app as you put the plan into practice.
